Nikki Glamor allows returns for all merchandise within 30 days of the date delivered. In the event you want to return the merchandise, merchandise must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

You may return any unopened item for full store credit. As the customer, you assume responsibility for all return costs in the event of returns due to buyer's remorse. Buyer's remorse refers to any return that is not a result of damage, defect, or error.

All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately. Nikki Glamor must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 3 business days of the date of receipt. Items are not eligible for a return after 30 days of delivery date. Nikki Glamor will not investigate issues initiated after 60 days of the delivery date. Nikki Glamor is not responsible for any stolen or lost merchandise once it has been delivered by FedEx SmartPost.

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the customer's responsibility. Please save all tracking information and receipts for returned merchandise.

Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient or improper address is also subject to 15% restocking fee.

We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been prepared.
